Parma, Sunday 2 November 2025 – Parma came away empty-handed from their home clash with Bologna. Bernabé fired the hosts in front after less than 15 seconds, but in the second half the visitors (led by Niccolini on the bench in place of Italiano) made full use of their numerical advantage following Ordóñez’s first-half dismissal (36’) to take all three points.
It was a lightning start from Parma: Suzuki launched a long ball over the top, Benedyczak brought it down in the box and set up Bernabé, who struck first-time past Skorupski. Minutes later, Britschgi rattled the crossbar from distance before Castro levelled on the counter with a close-range finish. The turning point arrived in the 36th minute when Ordóñez, already booked, halted Odgaard’s breakaway and was shown a second yellow card, leaving the hosts with ten men.
In the second half, Cuesta’s side pushed to regain control, but it was again Castro who found the net, pouncing on a loose ball in the area to put Bologna ahead. In stoppage time, Miranda sealed the result with a powerful left-footed strike into the top corner, beyond Suzuki’s reach.
Next up for Parma: AC Milan at the Stadio Ennio Tardini on Saturday 8 November at 20:45 CET.
