PRESS AND PHOTOGRAPHER ACCREDITATION – SERIE BKT 2023/24

Requests for press and photographer accreditation for Parma Calcio’s home games for all official and unofficial matches of the 2023/24 season must be received by the Press Office no later than 72 hours before match day. The accreditations will be sent by e-mail with the newspaper’s headed paper, the Editor-in-Chief’s signature and the name, surname, place and date of birth of the journalist requesting the accreditation, along with the type of report that will be produced. In addition, a valid identity document (front/back) and the registration number of the National Order of Journalists must be attached. Access will be granted to journalists, professionals and publicists enrolled in the respective lists of the register.

RADIO AND TV BROADCASTERS

Radio/TV broadcasters may allow one journalist and no more than two technicians and/or cameramen access to the sporting event unless otherwise agreed with the sports club and/or the competition organising body. Any requests pertaining to access, infrastructure, logistics and other services relevant to improving professional activity must be included in the application.

PHOTOGRAPHERS

Photographers will be able to apply for accreditation using the same procedure as journalists, but it will be mandatory to enclose the Lega B authorisation with the number indicated.

SECTOR FOR DISABLED PEOPLE

At the stadio Ennio Tardini, Parma Calcio 1913 has dedicated a sector, with specific assistance, in the lower area of the Tribuna Est near the pitch to people with 100% disabilities.

A 100% disabled supporter can have two free tickets for access to this sector for each match of the Crociati: one for their own use and one for an accompanying person.

These free coupons will be allocated subject to availability (the capacity of the sector is 90 seats, with 20 per cent allocated to the visiting fans).

The request for accreditation for a disabled supporter and his or her accompanying person, accompanied by a copy of the valid identity documents of both and the disability certificate, must be forwarded from the day after the last match of Parma Calcio at the Stadio Tardini and no later than three days before the match to the Supporters Liaison Officer (SLO) of Parma Calcio by sending it to gsquarcia@parmacalcio1913.com

The request, if accepted, will be answered in writing to the sender's address two days before the match.

Applications will be accepted in the order in which they are delivered to the recipient.

Once allocated, the accreditations can be collected on the day of the match from the time the gates of the Tardini open at the entrance gate of the reserved Tribuna Est, located in Via Puccini.

In Via Puccini, a few dozen metres away from the entrance, fans with 100 per cent disabilities will be able to park their vehicles in the designated spaces.

For any transport needs, there is a disabled service run by the Parma Public Assistance.

FIGC, AIA, CONI, ADISE, AIAC CARDS

Accreditation requests for the home matches of Parma Calcio 1913 must be sent from the 5th day before the match (and no later than 72 hours before the match) exclusively via e-mail to: accredititessere@parmacalcio1913.com. Each accreditation applicant must show:

  • Name and surname;
  • place and date of birth;
  • copy of Tessera Federale.

For the matches considered 'Big' (against Juventus, AC Milan, Inter Milan, Roma and Napoli), confirmation of accepted applications will be sent by e-mail to the respective parties.

For other matches, no written confirmation will be given for an accepted accreditation request (silence-consent applies). Only in the case of a rejected request, the Società Parma Calcio 1913 will reply to the applicant's email notifying the refusal. All requests sent to other email addresses of the Company will not be taken into consideration.

FIGC/AIA/CONI/ADISE/AIAC accreditation cards must be collected at the 'ACCREDITI' desk at the Tardini ticket office, located in Viale San Michele in front of the monumental entrance of the stadium, within 15 minutes from the start of the match on presentation of the original identity document and federal card.

We would like to remind you that, according to the current procedures adopted for access to the stadium, the passes (AIA, CONI, FIGC, ADISE, AIAC) do not, on their own, represent sufficient proof of eligibility to attend the match. Therefore, these cards will not be valid for entry unless accompanied by a nominative admission ticket.

For reasons of safety and accessibility, the number of seats reserved from time to time for card-carrying members is predetermined and subject to availability. As an exception to the above provisions, on the occasion of certain matches and due to the high number of potential requests, specific provisions may be adopted, which will be announced by means of communication and publication on this 'section' of the website.

Accreditation will not be issued if there are irregularities or inconsistencies in the checks.

ACCREDITATION FOR SPORTS ASSOCIATIONS/SPORTS AGENCIES

Accreditation requests must be sent to the secretary general via e-mail at the latest 72 hours before the game: ddellacorte@parmacalcio1913.com. Parma Calcio reserves the right to reject requests that arrive after the designated timeframe.

Requests must include all personal details of the applicant which will be used to provide access to the match (name, surname, date and place of birth), incomplete information may result in not receiving a ticket.

Parma Calcio will provide accreditation to the email specified by the applicant. In the instance that the accreditation request is rejected, the applicant will be contacted via e-mail.

Please be reminded that access to the stadium can only be granted with a valid ID document.

For certain matches, given the higher number of expected requests, certain provisions may have to be adopted. These will be made known through the appropriate channels.
