Collecchio, 28 January 2024 - All the post-match stats following the 3-0 defeat to Modena:

  • Against Modena, Parma had 17 shots at goal: this Serie B season, only Reggiana (18) have had more attempts in a single match without finding the net.
  • Parma hadn’t lost in Serie B since 12 November (Lecco 3-2 Parma). It was the Gialloblu’s third defeat of the league campaign (they were also defeated by Venezia earlier on in the season).
  • Yesterday’s match was just the third time Parma have failed to score in a match this season (after their games against Cosenza and Reggiana): no side has done better in this regard (three, the same as Sampdoria).
  • Adrian Bernabé was the man who had the most efforts at goal during yesterday’s game: four, at least two more than any other player on the pitch.

  • Following Battistella’s finish, Parma have now conceded six goals (out of 21, 29%) from outside the box this Serie B campaign; only one team has shipped more from distance (Lecco, seven).
  • For the third time this Serie B season, Parma conceded at least two first-half goals; this last occurred against Palermo on 10 December (the Gialloblu were 2-0 down at half-time before coming back to draw 3-3).
  • Parma previously hadn’t conceded more than two goals in a Serie B match against Modena since 1 November 1964 (a game that finished 3-0 to the Canarini).
  • Parma haven’t found the net in two of their last five Serie B matches, as many times as in their previous 25 games in Italy’s second tier.
