FIGC TRAINING DAY FOR YOUTH SECTOR STAFF AT COLLECCHIO

Parma, 13 March 2025 – It has been an intense and informative day at Mutti Training Centre. Parma Calcio welcomed 40 people to the course for Youth Sector Staff, organised by the FIGC Technical Department. Roberto Samaden, head of FIGC's 'Youth and school football department', underlined the importance of the club's historical dedication to the development of youth players. Paolo Piani, FIGC Technical Department Secretary and Irene Pesci, from the administrative office, were also in attendance.

Then, Parma Calcio CEO, Federico Cherubini, thanked the Federation for choosing to carry out the course at the club, reiterating the responsibility of those who work in the Youth Sector, and the importance of being a true educational and sporting leader.

The informative day was then led by head of the Gialloblu Youth Sector, Mattia Notari, with the help of Giovanni Manzani (head of the Youth Sector administration) and Gianluca Baschieri (head of Technical Management). Notari explained the Club's work methods, mission, strategic goals and organisational hierarchy to the attendees. There was then a workshop led by Notari, throughout which the attendees worked on practical exercises, before presenting their results and discussing real-world case studies. To close the day, Attilio Sorbi, the course coordinator, spoke, before Mattia Notari said some final goodbyes.
