Sales phases

ONMS DETERMINATION

Following Determination No. 14/2025 dated April 8, 2025, the National Observatory on Sporting Events has established that ticket sales for residents outside the Emilia-Romagna Region are allowed only in the Away Section and exclusively for holders of the 'Juventus FC' Fidelity Card. However, this restriction does not apply to holders of the 'Tardini Card' loyalty program, provided it was subscribed before April 8, 2025, even if they reside outside the Emilia-Romagna Region. Therefore, the Away Section is available only to Juventus fan cardholders without any territorial restrictions. All other sections can only be purchased by residents of the Emilia-Romagna Region, with the only exception being holders of a Tardini Card subscribed before April 8, 2025.

Ticket sales will be divided into four phases.

PHASE 1 | 2024/25 SEASON TICKET HOLDERS

From 10:00 AM to 11:59 PM on Monday, April 14, sales will be exclusively reserved for 2024/25 season ticket holders, who may purchase up to two (2) tickets each for fellow Parma fans residing in the Emilia-Romagna Region. If the recipients of the tickets reside outside the Emilia-Romagna Region, they must possess the Tardini Card, Parma Calcio's Fidelity Card, subscribed before April 8, 2025.

PHASE 2 | 2024/25 SEASON TICKET HOLDERS + TARDINI CARD HOLDERS

From 10:00 AM to 11:59 PM on Tuesday, April 15, ticket sales will be open to both 2024/25 season ticket holders and Tardini Card holders (subscribed before April 8, 2025). Tardini Card holders may purchase up to two (2) tickets for fellow Parma fans residing in the Emilia-Romagna Region. If the recipients reside outside the Emilia-Romagna Region, they must possess the Tardini Card, subscribed before April 8, 2025.

PHASE 3 | CRÉDIT AGRICOLE

From 8:30 AM to 11:59 PM on Wednesday, April 16, ticket sales will be exclusively reserved for Crédit Agricole account holders in Parma and its province. These customers will be able to purchase tickets online using a promo code, which can be obtained by contacting their respective bank branch. Tickets will only be available for residents of the Emilia-Romagna Region or, if residing outside the region, for those holding a Tardini Card subscribed before April 8, 2025.

PHASE 4 | GENERAL SALE

From Thursday, April 17 (starting at 10:00 AM) until match day (Monday, April 21), a general sale will take place for any remaining sectors. Sales will be available exclusively to residents of the Emilia-Romagna Region. If residing outside Emilia-Romagna, buyers must possess the Tardini Card, subscribed before April 8, 2025.

AWAY SECTION

The ticket price is €30.00, and tickets can only be purchased at Vivaticket sales points. Online purchases will not be available. The presale for the Away Section will begin on Monday, April 14, at 2:00 PM and end on Sunday, April 20, at 7:00 PM. Tickets will only be available to holders of the 'Juventus FC' Fidelity Card, regardless of their place of residence.
