Parma, 2 July 2025 – Parma Calcio is pleased to welcome Giovanni Valenti as the new head coach of the Women’s First Team, who will lead the Gialloblu in the upcoming Women’s Serie A season.

Throughout his career, Valenti has gained significant experience working in the youth sectors of clubs such as AC Milan, Juventus and Brescia, as well as serving as assistant coach for Italy’s U19 and U20 teams. In the 2021/22 season, he coached Parma Calcio’s U18s, an experience that allowed him to become familiar with the Gialloblu environment.

Last season, he led Brescia Calcio Femminile in Serie B. Prior to that, he had an international stint in charge of Brera Strumica, a men’s team competing in the Macedonian top flight.

Valenti will be joined by Michele Cavalli, who will serve as his assistant coach.
