Parma, 2 February 2025 - Parma have bagged another win to consolidate their spot at the top of the table, beating Hellas Verona 1-0 with a goal from Zamanian in the second half.
The game started with the Gialloblu taking control of play. After a few minutes, Zamanian forced the opposition keeper into a save on a shot from distance. Then, Ferrario had a go followed by another attempt from Zamian but to no avail. Hellas Verona defended well and gave little away.
In the second half, the Gialloblu went ahead in the 53rd minute: Rabot to Zamanian at the back post who slotted the ball into the corner, bagging for a second consecutive game after the Orobica match. Parma kept pushing and almost doubled the lead with Peruzzo. Distefano had a go, skipping two of her opponents to shoot but she was kept out. At the end of the game, Parma managed the lead and only conceded one real chance to Verona: Casellato had a go but Copetti was there to deal with it.
