'We felt like we could win, so this defeat tastes very bitter. After conceding, we weren't able to make the most of some good opportunities. I don't think we lacked rhythm, but we're certainly aware that if we've lost, it's because we made some mistakes. We need to improve, and we'll work on that during the week. I'm still proud of these players.'

'We did well in the first half, putting in a good performance and interpreting the game in the right way. In the second half, however, we encountered a few more difficulties and there are certainly aspects we need to continue working on. We had a good game defensively, although Cagliari managed to find the goal in the second half. We had our chances too and perhaps, with a little more luck, the game could have gone in a different direction. We need to build on the positive things we showed today. We're a young team, a great group, and we know this is a long journey. From tomorrow, we'll immediately start thinking about the next game.'
