Parma, 20 July 2025 - The training match between Parma and Parma U20s finished 3-2. It was Carlos Cuesta's first time at the Tardini, and his side got the better of Nicola Corrent's boys who just got promoted to Primavera 1.

The full Gialloblu training match, in front of a jubilant Tribuna Petitot, opened with Dario Sits' goal for the U20s: threaded ball, a rebound off the out-rushing Suzuki and the ball fell to Sits. The forward converted with a first-time lob. Then, Chivu's side upped the pressure and began menacing the young Gialloblu. In the first half, Begić scored first (the momentary equaliser, from close range), then Milan Djurić got us in front with his head (from Valeri's corner) and finally, Jacob Ondrejka scored with a strike across the goal from outside the area.

There were few chances in the second half, largely due to the heat and the fact that both sides are only in early stages of preparation: late on, Vranici scored a great goal, grazing the bar and going in, making it 3-2. From Monday 21 July, the men's first team will continue their preparation on their tour in Neustift.
