Parma, 21 April 2025 - Following the postponement of the match against Juventus to 23 April 2025 at 18:30 CEST, Parma Calcio announces important information regarding ticket validity, season ticket transfers, single ticket transfers, ticket sales for the away section and the procedure for requesting refunds.

TICKET VALIDITY (vs JUVENTUS)

All tickets purchased in recent days and valid for today's match will also be valid for access to the turnstiles from 16:30 CEST for the match against Juventus, scheduled for Wednesday 23 April. Both tickets purchased online and those purchased at Vivaticket sales points are valid.

TRANSFER OF SEASON TICKETS

All transfers made on Tardini Cards remain valid and can be used for the match on Wednesday 23 April against Juventus. It will also be possible to make a second change of user, either to the original Tardini Card or to a third person who is also a Tardini Card holder.

SINGLE TICKET TRANSFER

Exclusively and solely for this match, in order to accommodate the inconvenience caused to many fans, it will be possible to change the name for individual tickets, both those purchased online (PDF) and those purchased at Vivaticket outlets. The procedure must be carried out on the dedicated Vivaticket page (click here), entering the TAX STAMP on the ticket and the personal details of the end user. At the end of the procedure, a receipt will be issued confirming the name change, which must be shown at the entrance together with an identity document and the original ticket. Failure to do so will result in refusal of entry. Please note: tickets may not be transferred to persons who are not residents of the Emilia-Romagna region or holders of a Tardini Card issued after 8 April 2025.

TICKET REFUNDS

Those who are unable to use their ticket on the new date indicated or change the ticket holder may request a refund starting at 16:00 CEST on Thursday 24 April. All requests must be received no later than 23:59 CEST on Sunday 27 April via the dedicated platform on the Vivaticket website (https://shop.vivaticket.com/it/rimborsi), where you will need to enter the TAX STAMP on your ticket.
