'There’s a lot of bitterness, disappointment, and even a bit of anger, because I think we dominated the game. We were in control in the first half and even more so in the second. A draw would have left some regret, but losing like this is really frustrating. The girls played a good game, and it’s disappointing that a single late incident determined the result.

We approached the match as we had prepared: the ability to find our attacking midfielders behind their central midfielders was key, and we did well. Playing at home gives us a real boost: we have an excellent ground and strong support from our fans.

I’m satisfied with the performance, but today, a good performance wasn’t enough. The result didn’t go our way, and that weighs heavy. However, we are ready to prepare for the next matches with determination and confidence.
