Noceto, 5 June 2026 – Parma Calcio 1918 are delighted to announce the appointment of Marco Zwingauer as our new Head of Women’s Football.
Zwingauer has joined the Club after signing a contract until 30 June 2029. He will bring plenty of experience in Italian women’s football, having held various managerial and organisational roles within the game.
After his spell as Managing Director of Florentia San Gimignani from 2019 to 2021, he took up the same position at Napoli Women, contributing to the club’s growth and the development of their women’s football project.
In his position at Parma, Zwingauer’s duty will be to lead and coordinate women’s football at the Club, contributing to the growth of both the sporting project and the running of our teams.

I’m excited to be here, and I really want to lend my experience to a project, which stands out in women’s football in Italy and abroad.
