Coverciano, 14 June 2026 – Parma Calcio’s Under-11 Girls team was selected to represent Emilia-Romagna at the Torneo Magico, held as part of the 12th edition of the Grassroots Festival on 13 and 14 June.

The young Gialloblu earned this prestigious opportunity after winning the regional stage of the competition, securing their place at the final event celebrating the grassroots football season, which brought together boys’, girls’ and inclusive football teams from across Italy.

Over the course of the two-day festival, Parma’s youngsters faced their counterparts from around the country in themed “Pokémon Challenge” activities and five-a-side matches. The event provided an important opportunity for learning, development and enjoyment, all in keeping with the educational and sporting values at the heart of grassroots football.
