Parma, 1 July 2026 – Parma Calcio is pleased to announce its partnership with All Inclusive – Alleniamo all'Inclusione, a local organisation that promotes sport as a tool for growth, participation and inclusion for children with disabilities and special educational needs.
This partnership represents another step forward in the journey the Club has pursued for years to promote a culture based on respect, inclusion and the value of every individual. Through concrete initiatives and a constant commitment to its social role, Parma Calcio has reaffirmed its desire to be a point of reference within the local community yet again.
All Inclusive was created with the aim of making sport a truly accessible experience for everyone, breaking down barriers and creating opportunities for connection, shared experiences and personal growth. The association develops projects centred on every child's right to experience sport as a space for wellbeing, relationships and personal development, bringing together families, educators, sports clubs and institutions in a shared journey towards an increasingly inclusive society.
The partnership between Parma Calcio and All Inclusive will take shape through a communication project designed to turn values into tangible actions, placing the children of the association at the heart of the initiative.
From the start of the new season, they will be involved in some of the Club's most important moments.
For the announcement of every new Gialloblu men's and women's signing, the official photographs will be taken alongside the children of All Inclusive, who will personally prepare the traditional welcome sign. The young participants will also play a special role during each player's unveiling press conference, accompanying the new arrival and introducing them to journalists and supporters.
The project will also showcase the children's creativity through the Matchday graphics. For every fixture throughout the season, both home and away, they will interpret the match through their own drawings, following a number of shared graphic elements while enjoying complete freedom to express their imagination. It is a way of telling the story of football through different eyes, giving space to spontaneity, creativity and inclusion.
This initiative further strengthens the bond between Parma Calcio and its local community by placing younger generations at its centre and building an authentic dialogue with the people of Parma. For the Club, inclusion is not simply a value to be spoken about, but a daily commitment to be lived through meaningful actions capable of creating experiences, relationships and opportunities.
Because football only truly belongs to everyone when everyone can feel part of the same team.
