“I am happy with my goal, but we are disappointed with this loss. It was a difficult game. We came off a run of eight top matches, and maybe we lacked a bit of meanness. We aren't far from our goal, it's the last push. We must stay positive and push, have a bit of meanness and a touch of luck. In the first half we made a mistake, we weren't at our level and they did well to make the most of it, and after the red card, it just made it better for them. We took a long look at ourselves during the break and in the second period we managed to equalise. But then Empoli's midfielder scored a great goal and they took all the points home. This result is very bitter, as a draw would have suited us fine. My time at Parma began with a long-term injury, above all for a player like me. I have tried to recover as fast as possible to get back ready for the team, and the manager. The other boys are doing well, and I'm trying to get on the pitch to get back to my best. There's not time though as there are only two games left, however I want to end the season well, with safety and an important goal. We must take points in our last games? We have done well against the big teams this season, so I have faith, and we will move on from the second half against Empoli by correcting certain things'.
