'This was huge for us, taking points from a game. I loved seeing everyone's drive, sacrifice, and commitment to get those three points. We must praise Fabio Pecchia as he did a great job here over the past few years. We came into a team that was ready, well-trained and prepared. However, as managers, when things aren't going so well, there is always a risk of losing your job. Fabio deserves all of his plaudits as he really did a great job here. Cancellieri? I was thinking to sub him off for a little while as he had worked very hard and gave his all. We needed fresh legs at that point in the game. Bonny and Man? They are both important players, and they must both work hard. Today I saw our team spirit, which we had spoken about a lot before the game. We need this mentality at this point in the season. Bologna? Playing them is never easy for any team, they are aggressive and they are a Champions League quality side. They are strong and they make it difficult. We don't want to get too excited as it was only one win, but it was deserved. We needed this but we will stay level-headed as we have a long road ahead of us and there is still a lot of work to do. We did well to stay compact and we conceded only a few chances. When we were under pressure, we had belief in ourselves to defend and to get out of these situations. We were well-organised and we gave our all to get this result. I am happy for the boys, for the general mood, for the City of Parma and for these fans that came and supported in numbers. We must thank them for their amazing support. I want to emphasise, it's only one win, and we need more. The boys have responded well and they have begun brilliantly. The table? It has been a little while since the team have been getting results. But this win will restore faith and it will improve everyone's confidence.
