Noceto, 5 August 2026 – Parma Calcio 1913 announces the permanent signing of Hannah Sharts, who has signed a contract until 2028. The American defender joins the Gialloblu from Lexington FC.

A central defender born in 1999, Sharts developed through the collegiate programmes at UCLA and the University of Colorado before beginning her professional career in Europe. She has played for KuPS (winning both the Finnish league title and the Finnish Cup) as well as Stjarnan in Iceland and Racing Power in Portugal, earning a reputation for her physical presence and aerial ability before continuing her career in the United States.

These were Sharts' first words as a Parma Calcio player:

'I am incredibly grateful and excited to be joining Parma. The players and the entire staff have given me such a warm welcome, and I'm truly happy to be here. It is a great honour to wear the colours of this club, and we want to achieve great things this season. I will give everything for this team and this community, wearing the Parma shirt with great pride.'
