“GIALLOBLU YOUTH REPORTERS”, JOURNALISTS FOR THE DAY WITH CARLOTTA MASU

Collecchio, 28 April 2026 – A special afternoon was held in the press room at the Mutti Training Centre, where children from Cus Parma (born in 2016) had the chance to step into the shoes of real journalists as part of a new edition of “Gialloblù Youth Reporters”.

The project, dedicated to younger fans, offers them the opportunity to get closer to the world of Parma Calcio by visiting the Club’s facilities and meeting players from both the Men’s and Women’s First Teams.

Special guest Carlotta Masu, defender for Parma Calcio Women, spoke openly with the young participants. The children asked plenty of questions about her journey in football, from her early days in the game to her ambitions for the future, as well as about her day-to-day life as a professional footballer.

Some of the more thoughtful questions focused on how she deals with mistakes and difficult moments on the pitch.

“Making mistakes is part of the game. What matters is recognising them, not dwelling on them, and carrying on without fear,” Masu said. “Every mistake can be a chance to grow.” She added: “The most important thing is to enjoy it. When you’re having fun, you perform at your best and improve both on and off the pitch.”

The conversation was engaging and spontaneous, with great participation from the young athletes of Cus Parma, who took on the role of reporters for the day.

At the end of the conference, Masu signed personalised cards for all of the participants as a souvenir of a memorable afternoon at the home of Parma Calcio.
