“Every point is important. It's proof of our character, it's never easy coming from behind twice against Torino. I liked our attitude and how we acted in difficult situations. Moving on from here, we should take this character forward as we need this for the rest of the season. We saw their focus and we saw slight technical details that we haven't noticed before. We will work with this belief we have, and from the start of matches we must be more mentally free and brave to play as best as possible. We have now shown that we can respond when going behind. Pellegrino? I have known him since I arrived, but I see a determined player and I noticed that he made this 80-metre sprint in their defensive restart in the 90th minute which was impressive. We need to look at these things as they make a difference, particularly at this point in the season. The details? We are a young team who could avoid these sorts of errors and goals conceded. We must improve this as these moments make a real difference. We are looking to improve and exploit the good things we do, while correcting the errors that led to their goals. Playing messy? It's important and there is no alternative. We need to play in this determined way and we must show our character, make sacrifices as well as making the most of the great home crowd. We need everyone as we are at a point in the season where we use our fan's energy in these key moments and it helps us to make the most of them. Hernani Jr? We have 26 players, they were all selected. We need everyone, Hernani Jr knows what type of player he is, but we must be careful as he hasn't played in a while. He played 25 minutes today and we were a little heartbroken to see him struggling. He helped us out a lot, and he made himself available for the team and this is important for me as it is one of those small details that makes a difference. Everyone gave all they could and we need everyone at their best. Parma is not Chivu's, Parma is Parma's, it belongs to these amazing fans.
