Parma, 28 April, 2026 – Parma Calcio 1913 announces that yesterday, Monday 27 April, the Shareholders’ Meeting was held, composed of 99% Krause Group Italia and 1% Parma Partecipazioni Calcistiche S.p.A.. The Meeting approved the consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025, which had already been reviewed and previously approved by the Club’s Board of Directors on 26 March.
