Verona, 23 November 2025 - Carlos Cuesta had the following to say after Parma’s victory away to Hellas Verona on matchday 12 of Serie A:

“Today’s win gives us the chance to keep building and consolidating what we are doing and what we want to achieve, which is winning for ourselves and for our fans. We stayed very focused and had moments where we played some good football, allowing us to create chances. We ended up having 15 efforts at goal, which isn’t easy at this tough ground.

“We showed character and unity, which helped us secure the victory. We try to play well, making the most of everything the game offers. Playing well is important – it means defending and attacking effectively, being a compact team, and willing to make sacrifices. We know we still need to grow and raise the quality of our play, but we’re also aware we’re on the right track.

“Pellegrino? It’s not that I don’t like talking about individuals, but we have almost 30 players, and I’d like to speak about each of them because everyone contributes. Pelle sets an example with how he works every day: he pays attention to every detail and is improving hugely. I’m happy to work with someone like him: he brings great energy, does a huge amount for the team, and contributes consistently in all parts of the game. Corvi? I knew he was ready, and everyone knew he was capable of a great performance. He just needs to keep going like this.”
