Noceto, 30 July 2026 – Parma Calcio 1913 is delighted to announce the signing of Beatrice Merlo, who joins the Gialloblu on a contract until 30 June 2029 following a permanent transfer from Inter.

A right-back born in 1999, Merlo came through Inter's youth academy before making her Serie A debut at a young age. She has spent her entire career with the Nerazzurre, playing a key role in the Club's promotion to the top flight and the growth of its women's project.

Over the years, she has also become a regular member of the Italy national team setup, having represented the Azzurre at every major youth level before earning senior international recognition.

Merlo shared her first thoughts as a Parma player:

'After 16 years wearing the same shirt, it's time to put on a new one. It's the first transfer of my career, so it's a very emotional moment.
