'I am happy to be back on the pitch after three months injury however I can't help but feel disappointed after the match against Cagliari. Its difficult to speak right now as we, and the fans, need points. We must stick together, with the manager, with everyone, because we all have the same objective and we will fight to the end to achieve it. What did we lack in the match to win? We always play to try and score goals through attacking and aggressive play. Of course there are other games where we struggled more. I think we did well today against Cagliari, we dominated the match. In the second half there were two important moments (the goals), and we tried to equalize, but we did not manage to. I think a draw would have been a fair result, we did not deserve to lose. But right now we shouldn't complain about what we do or don't deserve: now we have to win some points that we haven't been able to lately. But I know this team, these players and the club. I'll say it again, we will do all we can to reach our target. We need points, not just playing well. Were you more free-flowing at the start of the season? Yes we were more dynamic, no-one knew who we were as a new team to the league. Now teams know us better and some us who have never played in Serie A have had to adapt. Today Cagliari were very determined and they restricted us to playing mostly in the midfield. Its a shame we didn't manage to equalize and that we didn't score in the first half'.
