EMOTIONS ON AND OFF THE PITCH WITH LITTLE CESARE AND OTHER SPECIAL GUESTS AT PARMA vs. LECCE

Parma, 5 October 2025 – There was one excitement after another on Saturday at the Tardini, when Parma took on Lecce on Matchday 6 of the Serie A Enilive season. The Club organised numerous special activities off the pitch, designed to create an unforgettable day full of exclusive experiences and shared emotions. Highlights included the introduction of little Cesare, last season’s youngest season ticket holder, awarded in memory of Corrado Marvasi (affectionately known as “Corradone”); the return of Lamberto Boranga, after his 1978/79 season in the yellow and blue; and the appearances of special guests Antonella Palmisano, Olympic champion, and Graziano Pellè, former Parma and Lecce striker.

CESARE, THE YOUNGEST SEASON TICKET HOLDER

Cesare Calvi is a Curva Nord season ticket holder, just like his parents Jacopo Calvi and Debora Fragni (a former player for Parma’s women’s team), both of whom accompanied him onto the pitch along with President Kyle J. Krause. When Cesare first signed up, he was only two months old. To celebrate, the Club presented him with a personalized jersey reading CESARE 2, as part of the award dedicated to Corrado Marvasi – “Corradone” – who devoted years to encouraging fan participation at the stadium. Established in summer 2022, the award also recognizes the oldest season ticket holder, which this year was celebrated during the previous edition of Andiamo al Parma. Both recipients received a season ticket for the 2025/26 campaign.

THE RETURN OF LAMBERTO BORANGA

The presence of Lamberto Boranga at the Ennio Tardini generated great excitement. A former Parma player in the 1978/79 season, Boranga returned to the pitch at 82 years old with Umbrian side Trevana in Prima Categoria – an unmatched record, highlighting his extraordinary sporting longevity. After the warm-up of both teams, President Kyle J. Krause presented him with a personalized jersey, amid applause from the fans. Boranga also attended the Museum Club Experience, enjoying the flavors of traditional Parma cuisine while immersed in the Club’s rich history.

MUSEUM CLUB EXPERIENCE: ANTONELLA PALMISANO AND GRAZIANO PELLÈ

Special guests at the Museum Club Experience included athlete Antonella Palmisano and former Parma and Lecce striker Graziano Pellè. Palmisano’s achievements are extraordinary: Olympic gold in the 20 km walk at Tokyo 2021, silver in the 35 km walk at the 2025 World Championships in Tokyo, European gold in Rome 2023 (20 km walk), and three bronze medals (two World, one European). Accompanied by CEO Federico Cherubini, she enjoyed the Club’s exclusive hospitality area, mingled with partners to share her sporting journey, and accessed the pitch to watch the teams’ warm-up. Fans also had the chance to meet Pellè, who last played for Parma in 2021. Both guests received personalized jerseys. Following previous editions featuring Domenico Morfeo, Abel Balbo, and Parma Legends against Torino, the Museum Club Experience welcomed more stars, offering shared moments alongside local culinary delights and the trophies that tell Parma’s story.

DIRECTORS BOX, IN MEMORY OF GRAZIANO FIORITA

Emotions ran high in the Directors Box, inaugurated on Matchday 5 of the Serie A Enilive season – a space designed for networking and interactions among invited guests. The moment took on special significance as President Kyle J. Krause presented US Lecce President Saverio Sticchi Damiani with an illustration by artist Osvaldo Casanova, in memory of Graziano Fiorita, the Lecce physiotherapist who passed away prematurely last April on the eve of the match against Atalanta.
