The ‘Tardini Card’ is the Fidelity Card of Parma Calcio 1913.

2025/26 Season Ticket:

The Tardini Card is essential to subscribe to the 2025/2026 season ticket. It will serve as your key to access the stadium, and is also required for minors who subscribe to Under 14 season tickets.

Priority Purchase:

For big matches, Tardini Card holders will enjoy an exclusive purchase window before the start of general sale.

Note: subject to any restrictions imposed by the National Observatory on Sporting Events (ONMS).

Season Ticket Transfer:

A single match from the season ticket can only be transferred to another Tardini Card holder, provided they belong to the same ticket category (e.g., an Over 65 reduced ticket can only be transferred to another person over 65).

Transfers are not allowed for matches against Juventus, Inter, Milan, and Napoli.

Away Matches:

The card will be required to purchase away section tickets in matches where territorial restrictions are set by ONMS, whether you are a resident of Parma and Province or not.

Loyalty Program:

In the future, Tardini Card holders will enjoy additional benefits, both for ticket purchases and official Parma Calcio merchandise.

How to Purchase:

It is available online via the Vivaticket platform at a cost of €10, valid for 5 years.

To complete the purchase, you must provide your personal details, tax code, and valid ID document information (Identity Card or Passport).

Immediately after purchase, the receipt will show your Tardini Card number, which can be used right away to load the season ticket or receive a single-match transfer.

Important Note:

The Tardini Card will be the only tool that allows access through the stadium turnstiles. For this reason, we kindly ask all fans who purchased it online to collect the card preferably before the start of the season!

How to pick your Card

The card can be collected on match day at the ticket offices outside the Tardini Stadium, starting three hours before kick-off.

It is possible to authorize another person to collect the card on your behalf; in this case, they must present an ID document of the cardholder (a photo or photocopy is accepted).

Alternatively, during the purchase process, you can choose the home delivery option, with shipping usually taking around 25 working days.

How to transfer the Card

The user change procedure is reserved for season ticket holders, who must therefore be in possession of a Tardini Card.

The transfer of a single match from a season ticket can only take place if the recipient is also a Tardini Card holder.

Please note:

• If the subscription was issued at a reduced rate, the recipient must belong to the same reduction category (e.g., Over 65 tickets can only be transferred to another Over 65).
• Full-price season tickets can be transferred to anyone.
• 'Family' and 'University' rate tickets cannot be transferred.
• No transfers are allowed for matches against Juventus, Inter, Milan, and Napoli under any circumstances.

The procedure must be completed on the dedicated page: Vivaticket and will be available 1–2 working days before the relevant match.

At the end of the procedure, a PDF receipt will be issued containing the recipient's details. This receipt can be printed or shown directly from a smartphone at the entrance checks.

A single match can be transferred up to 2 times, and we kindly ask users to make ethical use of this functionality.
