THE LANZI TRASLOCHI CUP KICKS OFF: EXCITEMENT BUILDS FOR THE FIRST STAGE OF THE PARMA ACADEMY PROJECT

Parma, October 23, 2025 – The fourth edition of the Lanzi Traslochi Cup is underway. The youth tournament organised by Parma Calcio Academy has now become a regular fixture for local clubs. The first stage, dedicated to the Pulicini 2015 age group, took place at the Inter Club Parma facilities, in the spirit of sport, fun and healthy competition.


Ten local clubs are took part, who competed in a morning filled with fair play and a shared passion for football: Inter Club Parma, Cus Parma, Rubierese, Astra, San Lazzaro, Vicofertile, Audace, Rapid Olimpia and Fraore.


The Lanzi Cup is a project by Parma Calcio Academy, which over the years has established itself as a key example for the development of young athletes. The tournament consists of four stages spread across the football season, with events scheduled every two months. The next stages will be held in November, March and April.


During the closing ceremony of the first day, Marco Garilli, head of the Parma Calcio Academy local project, awarded all of the participants and thanked the clubs involved for their commitment and collaboration. He highlighted the value of the connection with the local community and the importance of initiatives that promote both sporting and personal growth of young footballers.


The Lanzi Traslochi Cup reaffirms its role as a platform for learning and community, giving young athletes a chance to compete and also to learn and connect with others. Step by step, the tournament helps build the future of youth football, grounded in the true values of sport.
