Giovanni Valenti's Gialloblu showed real character as they came from behind to claim a valuable point. Having fallen behind early in the second half after a Severini penalty, the side hit back just eight minutes later thanks to Distefano’s close-range finish. In the closing stages the Crociate kept the tempo high, stayed organised at the back and saw out a strong performance.
