Verona, 27 February 2026 – Daniel Mikołajewski got back on the scoresheet to hand Parma a 1-0 victory over Verona on Matchday 8 of the Primavera 1 return round.
The first half ended goalless, with two chances apiece. Parma threatened early through Mikołajewski, who fired narrowly wide after 11 minutes, before Avramescu’s free-kick was tipped over by Castagnini. Verona responded with a long-range effort from Peci and a Yildiz attempt that drifted just over before the break.
The decisive moment came four minutes into the second half, as Mikołajewski struck to give the visitors the lead. Verona pushed for an equaliser and came closest in the 85th minute, but Astaldi produced a crucial save to preserve the lead.
Parma return to action on 4 March at the Noce in Noceto against Inter for a midweek fixture.
