Noceto, 4 March 2026 – Parma and Inter shared the points in a 0-0 draw on Matchday 9 of the Primavera 1 return round, following a tightly contested match with few clear chances.
The first half was defined by balance and strong defensive organisation from both sides, with limited space to create opportunities. Parma produced the only notable chances of the opening period. In the 5th minute, Diop attempted a strike from distance that flew over the crossbar, while just before the break Mena Martinez delivered a dangerous cross for Plicco, whose header narrowly missed the target.
Parma began the second half on the front foot. Just after the restart, Tigani beat his marker and squared the ball across goal for Balduzzi, who was unable to apply the decisive touch. The hosts continued to push and came close again in the 52nd minute, when Mikolajewski’s free-kick forced an excellent save from the Inter goalkeeper. Moments later, Plicco rose highest in the box but saw his header strike the crossbar.
The match turned in the 54th minute when Parma captain Bernardo Conde was sent off for dissent after receiving a second yellow card. Despite being reduced to ten men, the home side continued to compete with determination. Inter threatened through Zouin on the hour mark, before El Mahboubi tested Astaldi five minutes later following a pass from Mancuso, but the Parma goalkeeper reacted well to keep the score level.
Parma continued to search for a late winner despite the numerical disadvantage, showing resilience until the final whistle. However, neither side was able to break the deadlock and the match ended 0-0. Parma Primavera will return to action on Sunday 8 March, when they travel to face AS Roma in the next league fixture.
