Parma, 18 November 2025 – On 30 November at 16:00 CET, the Parma Legends will take the pitch for their official debut, playing the Olympique Lyon Legends at the Groupama OL Training Centre. This will take place on the same day as OL’s 75th anniversary, and this friendly match will be part of the club’s anniversary celebrations.

The Parma Legends project, launched at the end of September at the Teatro Regio during the Parma Legacy event, which saw some of the most iconic Gialloblù players alongside coach Nevio Scala, aims to bring back the enthusiasm of the great champions of the past, celebrating the history and passion of Parma Calcio.

This first international match is a special opportunity to experience unforgettable moments and players who have defined the history of Italian and European football, wearing the Crociati shirt. Both Parma and nostalgic football fans won’t want to miss out on this fixture, which combines history, excitement, and passion for the beautiful game.

Among other players, Marco Ballotta, Ze Maria, Alberto Di Chiara, Marco Giandebiaggi, Luigi Apolloni, Riccardo Gagliolo, Alessandro Melli, Dino Baggio, Marco Osio, Leandro Martinez, Davide Giorgino, and Fausto Pizzi will all feature.

But that’s not all. In preparation for the debut, the Parma Legends trained yesterday afternoon, Monday, November 17, at the Mutti Training Centre in Collecchio. They will also take part in a charity five-a-side football match in Cesena at the Carisport on Thursday, 20 November. The event, called Legends4Charity, will feature players who have made history for both Parma and Cesena, coming together for an honourable cause: to support the Istituto Oncologico Romagnolo (IOR), with proceeds from the evening going to the “M. Bufalini” Hospital in Cesena. Entry is free, and those who can will have the chance to make a voluntary donation to support the project promoted by IOR.
