Parma, 24 march 2026 - Parma Calcio 1913 announces that, as part of a broader update of the Boards of Directors of companies within Krause Group, Helen Aboah and Scott Munn have joined the Board as members.

Their appointments reflect a commitment to long-term strategic goals and were formally approved during the Shareholders’ Meeting – composed of 99% Krause Group Italia and 1% Parma Partecipazioni Calcistiche S.p.A. – held on Thursday, March 19, 2026, in the presence of the Board of Statutory Auditors.

The Board of Directors of Parma Calcio is now composed as follows:

President and Chairman: Kyle J. Krause

Chief Executive Officer: Federico Cherubini

Members: Helen Aboah, Oliver Krause, Scott Munn

Within Parma Calcio, a Leadership Team has also been established, which will contribute to defining an increasingly structured and effective organization to support the Club’s strategic development, both in sporting and corporate areas.
