For Notari, fresh off seeing the Primavera squad promoted to Primavera 1, it is an important recognition that reflects his work in guiding the Gialloblu youth, which are a stronger point of reference on a national scale than ever before.
Mattia Notari's words: 'I would like to express my sincere gratitude for this prestigious award, that I consider to be not only a personal, but above all a recognition to the work of the team and our collective dedication. I share this award with all those, often away from the limelight, who crucially contribute to the growth of our players: from the managers to coaches, from secretaries to psychologists, and to everyone that, with somewhat discretion and passion, put time and effort into the Youth Sector. This prize is from everyone's hard work, with the objective of helping our young players in their journey of growth in sport, and as a human being. This is why I want to share it with every person who day in day out, with their graft and passion, make this all possible.'
Parma Calcio congratulates Notari for this important award and for the excellent work he is doing a the Youth Sector coordinator.
