“A very important win here today in a difficult match. The opposition put lots of balls into the area to make us sit deep. We tried to give our all, in a difficult match which saw Pisa push a lot and force us lower than we'd have liked to be. But, we changed our style because we needed to adapt to the match and the way they were playing, the way we did so makes me proud. There were good moments in the first half, but we didn't have the ball much in the second half, now, we'll continue to work hard. We defended as a team, with lots of desire. The team's character? We're a young team but have lots of determination and are always focussed on doing our best. Sometimes, we make errors but this is the time to continue with this good run. Benedyczak? Everyone is training well, it's difficult to make choices. But, in this case, Benedyczak is in good form, with his goal in the Coppa Italia, the performances and his attitude, his ability to launch counter attacks and his aerial play. The win reignites us and boosts us but we know there's another step. We've managed to win two out of our last two away games. Now, we need to try and consolidate this because we want to put a run together. Oristanio? Easily the most difficult decision I've had to make, despite my career not being that long. But, it's the most difficult. Gaetano isn't just an incredible person but also top player who we missed for a few months. I know that a decision like this will cause disappointment, they made a tactical change at that time and it caused us problems. It's absolutely not his fault, we needed another defender on that side and I had to take someone out. It's obviously disappointing for him because I know that he'll give us lots and he's been missed during these months'.
