Collecchio, 31 March, 2026 – An afternoon immersed in the club’s traditions and its proud history. This afternoon, the Mutti Training Centre welcomed a special guest as Gianfranco Zola returned to Collecchio to reconnect with the Parma family, bringing with him the enthusiasm and class that made him an icon of Italian football.

THE MEETING OF THE NUMBER 10s

The highlight of the day was the meeting between Gianfranco Zola and Adrián Bernabé. The two talents are united by the responsibility and prestige of wearing the number 10 on their backs. The Club presented Zola with Bernabé’s current third kit, signed by the Spanish midfielder, as well as a shirt with Zola’s name. These two symbolic gestures link the Club’s proud past with its present.

Zola was welcomed by CEO Federico Cherubini, General Secretary Alessio Paini, Football Director Alessandro Pettinà, Brand Director Eva Visentin, and Team Manager Alessio Cracolici.

During his visit, Zola also spoke with head coach Carlos Cuesta and goalkeeper Edoardo Corvi, and greeted the members of the technical staff who work at the training centre every day.

The day was made even more memorable by the presence of several Parma legends. Friends who shared unforgettable years with Zola: Sandro Melli, Fausto Pizzi, Marco Osio and Luigi Apolloni.
