“Congratulations from others are nice, but they don't mean much. Unfortunately today we didn't succeed, we tried to do our best despite the injuries that we have and the difficulties this brings. These aren't excuses, the boys gave energy on the pitch and they created good chances. In the first half less so, but we had the clearest and best chances. In the second half, we also had the best efforts, however in football, it's scoring that matters. We reacted well and tried hard to equalise and we made many clear chances. But, in the end, Como won, and congratulations to them as they were praising us too. We must move on, we must not lose the good things we have done until then and we must keep the same spirit and balance. I want to thank the fans, as after the game they still applauded us and they saw a team that gave everything and tried to bring something home today. We need to keep our solidity as a defeat can be damaging. But we must not worry, we have shown over these two months that we can approach games with organisation, compactness and the right spirit to win games. Nothing happened, we lost a game, and we move on. We have three games left and the next one is now more important than ever so we must be ready for everything to go and play them. Dennis Man? For what he does in training, for the quality he has, for the beautiful person he is, he is a technical player better than many. He is going through a difficult period, but we must help him and give him confidence in this moment when he needs it. I am sure the goal will come. He hasn't found the net in the two months I've been here. He needs a bit of luck and moral support, and we need to do this for him. And I am convinced that he will recover by the end of the season. He is going through a difficult period, no-one wants to be in that sort of situation. As a team, we will not criticise him. We see his attitude on and off the pitch. He understood the importance of the group. We know how much he can give to this team, he showed this in the eight minutes he played in. I will defend him to death, but not only because we are both Romanian. I don't look down on anyone, he has a lot of quality and this team needs it. Above all at this point of the season. I loved seeing his teammates hugging him and when he went to the stands, the fans all gave him a good reaction. We need Man like we need everyone given all their energy and spirit to reach our goal.
