Seregno, September 27, 2025 – Parma Calcio Women’s Head Coach, Giovanni Valenti, spoke after the gialloblu’s 0-0 friendly against Como Women at the Ferruccio ground.

“We are feeling good. We played a tough game against a side with years of experience in this division. I am glad that I managed to give all 22 players minutes on the pitch, and I’m especially pleased with Fabiano’s debut and the performances of Gueguen and Minuscoli, who came up from our youth academy. Once again today, we come away knowing that we need to improve our finishing. We need to be converting the chances we create. Today marks the end of our pre-season. I feel there is a professional environment, and the Club has always put us in the best position to work. The Club’s support is strong and, most importantly, the squad is full of strong players. Roma? We can’t wait. It’s a really talented squad with some great players. It feels like I’m reliving the emotions of my debut against Juventus. Playing at their ground will be amazing. We know their quality, and because of that, we will approach the match with humility, and play our own style of football.”
