Organised in collaboration with Auroradomus (a social organisation part of the Colser Group and a partner of Parma Calcio), the event began with formal addresses before moving on to questions for the Parma Calcio forward and defender. The event drew plenty of enthusiasm from young attendees representing local sports clubs, the Malaguzzi Comprehensive Institute of Felino and Sala Baganza, youth centres, and a senior citizens’ centre. Contributions from Giuliana Saccani, the Councilor for Social Policies of Sala Baganza, and representatives from Auroradomus, Serena Freddi (Coordinator of the Disability, Minors, and Social Inclusion Department), Mariangela Vedere (Head of Service Management for the Disability, Minors, and Social Inclusion Department), and Matteo Bassioni (Educator for the same department), helped introduce the event and paved the way for the excitement of meeting the Gialloblù players.
There were many questions, and lots of smiles for Nesta and Berta, who answered things ranging from sport, personal topics, and, naturally, social topics. At the end, everyone enjoyed taking photos and signing autographs, with gadgets distributed thanks to the event partners, Gas Sales, and a traditional Parmigiano snack offered by the Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma.
The event also brought together art and social engagement thanks to the medieval charm of the Rocca Sanvitale. Among those most impressed by the beauty and artistry was Nesta Elphege, who took the opportunity to enjoy a special personal tour of the corridors of the historic residence, joined by other young participants.
