Wörgl (Austria), 31 luglio 2025 - Adrian Benedyczak, had the following to say following Parma’s 1-1 friendly draw with RCD Mallorca in Wörgl.

“It’s always great to score, but today the physical work on the pitch mattered more than the result. I arrived at the training camp a bit later because I was continuing my individual rehab work on my ankle. Now, I’m feeling really good. Parma playing with two strikers? Yes, as I said, I like playing up front, even as a second striker, but I’m happy to play out wide or as an attacking midfielder too. I’m at the coach’s disposal, and the most important thing is that I’m back on the pitch.

“I’ve been struck by Cuesta’s enthusiasm and how he always wants to be close to the players, giving plenty of useful tips to help us improve. We’re a young group and always together – we’re a perfect squad. Aiming for survival? Right now, the main thing is to prepare well for the season; we still have two weeks to do that. A fresh start? I was out for almost a year, but now I’m fully focused on what’s ahead, not on the past. I’ve also become a dad following the birth of my daughter, Alicja. As soon as I’m back, I’ll spend a couple of days with her.”
