Parma, 19 August 2026 – Parma Calcio 1913 can confirm that defender Alessandro Circati has moved permanently to S.L. Benfica.

After joining Parma's Primavera side in 2021, he was promoted to the First Team the following season and made his Serie B debut. Having become a regular member of the senior squad, Alessandro made a total of 96 appearances for Parma, including 37 in Serie A, scoring two goals and playing a key role not only in the club's 2023/24 Serie B title triumph but also in securing survival over the following two seasons.

During his time in yellow and blue, Circati also made his debut for the Australian national team, earning 17 caps and scoring once, while taking part in both the qualification campaign and the final tournament of the most recent World Cup.
