Parma, 31 July 2026 – Parma Calcio 1913 can confirm the permanent signing of Ousmane Diallo Thiao from Borussia Dortmund. The young talent and newly crowned European Under-19 champion with Spain has signed a contract until 30 June 2031.

A forward-winger born in 2007 in Las Palmas, Diallo took his first steps in football at UD Las Palmas’ youth academy before moving to Deportivo Alavés, where he continued to develop and build his footballing career. In 2023, he joined the Borussia Dortmund youth setup, one of the most prestigious environments in European football, with whom he featured in the UEFA Youth League and, on 25 October 2024, fulfilled his dream of making his professional debut.

He has also represented the Spanish national team, progressing through the various stages of the youth system and playing for the Under-15, Under-16 and Under-17 sides.
