Noceto, 20 July 2026 – Parma Calcio 1913 is delighted to announce the signing of Weronika Szymaszek, who joins the Gialloblu following the end of her spell with Pogoń Szczecin. She has signed a contract with the Club until 2028.

Born in 1998, the defender developed in Poland, playing for Olimpia Szczecin and LFA Szczecin before joining Pogoń Szczecin in 2022, where she also served as captain. She helped the club win their first-ever league title in the 2023/24 season and, after returning from a serious cruciate ligament injury, made her senior debut for Poland in 2025.

Szymaszek shared her first thoughts after signing for Parma Calcio: “I’m very happy to have joined this Club and to become part of the team. Parma represents a new and very important experience for me. I hope this journey will bring plenty of new challenges and many positive moments for us to share together. I can’t wait to start training with the team and to see you at the stadium.”
