Parma, 5 July, 2026 - Parma Calcio took part in the third edition of '6 per sempre', the memorial event held in Traversetolo in memory of Gabriele Gallani, who sadly passed away in May 2023.
Born in 1998, Gabriele was a central defender for Team Traversetolo. He lives on in the memories of those who knew him as a kind-hearted young man, always willing to help others without expecting anything in return. A genuine friend, he had a way of making people feel at ease and always knew the right thing to say. His humility and his ability to be a source of support, both in the dressing room and in everyday life, are the values that the Memorial continues to honour and carry forward.
As part of the event at the Ettore Bolondi Team Arena in Traversetolo, Parma Calcio's Special Team faced the Club Legends in a friendly match, providing a memorable occasion centred on sport, inclusion and togetherness. Representing the Legends were Luca Mondini, Marco Osio, Alessandro Melli, Zé Maria, Stefano Morrone, Massimo Susic, Emanuele Nocciolini, Egidio Savi, Filippo Savi, Marco Giandebiaggi, Leandro Martínez, Paolo Benecchi and Matteo Guardalben, with former coach Nevio Scala in the dugout.
This year once again, the Memorial reaffirmed its charitable mission, with all proceeds from the event donated to a local organisation. Parma Calcio supported the initiative by donating a shirt signed by the players of the Special Team and the Club Legends, which was later auctioned for charity. The tribute was made even more meaningful by the presence of the number 6, the shirt worn by Gabriele, a lasting symbol of the bond between his memory and the event.
