CLUB STATEMENT | NEW FOOTBALL DEPARTMENT STRUCTURE CONFIRMED

Collecchio, 18 June 2026 – Parma Calcio 1913 is pleased to announce the composition of its new Football Department structure ahead of the 2026/27 season.

The club's sporting operations will continue to be overseen by Football Director Alessandro Pettinà, who will retain direct responsibility for the Men's First Team and its staff.

Massimiliano Notari has been confirmed as Head of Scouting and has signed a contract extension until 30 June 2029. Supported by the club's scouting network, he will continue leading the identification and monitoring of talent at regional, national and international level.

Mattia Notari will remain in charge of the men's academy as Head of Men’s Youth Sector, also extending his contract until 30 June 2029. His renewal ensures continuity for a sporting and educational project that has delivered significant developmental results over the past four years.

At the same time, Gianluca Baschieri has been confirmed as Head of Grassroots, signing a new three-year agreement. His continued leadership will help strengthen Parma Calcio's position as one of Italy's leading organisations in grassroots football development.

The structure is completed by Federico Crovari, who takes on the newly created role of Football Pathway Manager. This cross-departmental position will be responsible for designing and managing player development pathways from the academy to the First Team, overseeing individual growth programmes and monitoring players out on loan. Crovari will work closely with the Football Director, Head of Scouting and Head of Men’s Youth Sector.

As previously announced, the women's department will be led by Marco Zwingauer, who serves as Head of Women’s Football.

The entire football structure will report directly to CEO Federico Cherubini.

'The clarity of this new football structure, developed in agreement with our ownership group, represents an important step in the growth and consolidation of our organisation,' said Cherubini.

'With these confirmations in the men's department, we will provide continuity to the work carried out by professionals who have demonstrated commitment, dedication and expertise in recent years — qualities that are fundamental to the development of our sporting project.

As for the women's department, there is a clear desire to begin a new cycle focused on continuous improvement and the further development of the Parma Women project in all its areas.

Our strategic objective remains the creation of a sustainable model capable of nurturing talent at every stage of its journey, providing each athlete with opportunities for both sporting and personal growth, while ensuring all our teams have the conditions required to pursue increasingly ambitious goals.'
