Parma, 5 June 2026 – Parma Calcio extends its deepest condolences after the passing of Dr Massimo Manara, a man of great humanity and a highly respected professional.

After specialising in Sports Medicine at the University of Bologna in 1996, Dr Manara joined Parma in the early 1990s as club doctor and, from the mid-1990s until the 2007/08 season, served as the Club’s Head of Medical Services, contributing to the life of the Club with expertise, dedication, and outstanding professionalism.

Parma Calcio expresses our thoughts and heartfelt condolences from everyone at the Club to his family, loved ones, and all those who had the privilege of knowing him.
