“We really wanted a win. We came into this on the back of two good draws, but we were determined to take all three points today. We were stronger than our challenges. We’re a group of lads who work hard during the week and really support each other. We feel good together, and I think that shows on the pitch. Our objective? To get the most out of every game and play with enthusiasm. Today we wanted to win, and we got it, and we’ll aim to do the same next Saturday against Pisa.

As players, we know each other well, so we understand how to make the most of each other’s strengths. We’re aware of our key qualities and try to build on them. As a group, we work a lot on competitiveness and the desire to be competitive. It’s true we’re a young team, but I think we’ve grown a lot and we know how to manage different moments in a match.
