Naples, 14 January 2026 – Midfielder Mandela Keita commented after Napoli vs Parma, the Matchday 16 Serie A fixture.

“We’re really happy, we did a good job. We supported each other well on the pitch and got a lot of things right. Now we’ve got to stay focused on Sunday’s game, which is very important for us. We want to put in a strong performance against Genoa.

We’re also delighted because it was Filippo Rinaldi’s first Serie A appearance. He gave everything and I’m genuinely pleased for him, because he’s a good friend. Hopefully it’s the first of many.

We’re a real family in this group. We worked very well during the week and knew it was going to be a tough match. Getting a positive result wasn’t easy, so we’re pleased with that. As for team cohesion, there are still a lot of games to come. We need to stay focused and keep calm. We’re not safe yet, so it’s about keeping our heads down, working hard every day and concentrating on the next match.
