I’m pleased: we’re growing, and this point proves it. We allowed Inter, a very strong and well-organised team with top-quality players, just one real chance. Coming here and playing a match of this intensity against such a big opponent is a very positive sign for us. In the last two games, the team has made real progress in attitude and healthy aggression, both essential qualities to compete in a tough and competitive Serie A.

The girls showed great determination, staying focused and cohesive for the full 90 minutes. I’m very proud of everyone, including those who didn’t get on the pitch today. The group’s mentality is exactly what we need, and every player is contributing day after day. The defeat in Rome opened our eyes – it helped us understand what’s truly required to compete at this level. The players have grasped the intensity and fighting spirit needed, and today they proved they can hold their own against the best.

The national team call-ups? I’m really happy for them – it’s a source of pride for the whole group, and we’ll all be cheering them on.
