Noceto, October, 12 2025 – Parma Calcio Women have had their first win of the season on the second matchday of Serie A, beating Sassuolo 2-1 at Il Noce Stadium. A deserved win fought with determination, right until the end of an intense game.
The guests were ahead in the 43rd minute with a goal from Caiazzo, but in the second half the Gialloblu reacted with character and Pondini equalised in the 57th minute. The game stayed like that until stoppage time, when in the 90' + 1, Cox scored the winner and the Noceto exploded.
A solid perfomance from Giovanni Valenti's side who earned their first win of the season and sets them up nicely for their next match against Inter.
