San Marino, September 21, 2025 – A perfect debut for the Parma Calcio Women in the 2025/26 Women’s Coppa Italia: the gialloblu secured a convincing 4-0 victory away to San Marino Academy, proceeding to the next round.
Giovanni Valenti’s team started strong, taking control of the game in the first half with three quick goals: Cox opened with header from a set piece in the 33rd minute, Pinther calmly doubled the lead three minutes later, and Esteve completed the first-half goals in the 39th minute.
In the second half, Parma controlled the game comfortably while keeping up the intensity. In the 90th minute, Kaján, coming off the bench, completed the 4-0 scoreline. During added time, there was also a chance for a fifth goal, but Distefano missed a penalty.
A convincing victory, thanks to a solid defence and attacking quality, showcasing the team’s growth and boosting confidence for the upcoming matches.
