From Friday 11 September at 11:00 AM, tickets will be available for purchase through the Vivaticket platform (online and at authorized sales points). Following the publication of ONMS (National Observatory for Sports Events) Ruling No. 33/2026, ticket sales are prohibited for residents of Genoa and the province. Residents of Genoa and the province may purchase tickets for the Away Section only if they hold a Genoa CFC Fidelity Card.
HOSPITALITY

KIDS AREA
The special Kids Area package is available (Full Price + U14 Reduced ticket for €30.00) in the Lower East Stand. The purchase of one Full Price ticket is exclusively linked to one U14 Reduced ticket. Multiple purchases (Full Price or U14 Reduced) linked to a single ticket are not permitted.

TARDINI CARD
Tardini Card holders can benefit from a special reduced ticket price. The ticket will be loaded directly onto the purchaser’s card.
VIVERÈParma
Special rate for female and male students under 26 enrolled at the University of Parma: they can purchase a Curva Sud ticket for €10.00 exclusively at a Vivaticket sales point in Parma and the province, upon presentation of their university ID card or alternative documentation proving enrolment for the 2026/27 academic year.
DISABILITY ACCREDITATION
Fans with disabilities and their accompanying persons, if applicable, may request accreditation, subject to availability and following the usual procedure. Requests must be submitted by 3:00 PM on Friday 18 September to the Parma Calcio Supporters Liaison Officer – Disability Access Officer at the following email address: gsquarcia@parmacalcio1913.com. Applicants whose requests are accepted will receive a confirmation email on the same afternoon, Friday 18 September.
TICKET HOLDER CHANGE AND STADIUM ACCESS
Please note that it is not possible to change the ticket holder for individual match tickets. Only 2026/27 season ticket holders can transfer access to an individual match to another Tardini Card holder by completing the online procedure at the dedicated ticketing page.
Please also note that, to enter the Ennio Tardini Stadium, fans must present their Tardini Card, together with a valid ID and the seat receipt, which can be downloaded from the dedicated ticketing page.
The ticket holder change procedure will be available from Friday 18 September at 3:00 PM, following the procedure on the dedicated Vivaticket page.
ACCREDITATIONS AND TARDINI CARD COLLECTION AT THE TICKET OFFICE
On matchday, from 12:00 PM, company and press accreditations, as well as Tardini Cards purchased online (without home delivery), can be collected at the ticket office counters.
AWAY SECTION
Tickets for the Away Section will go on sale from Monday 14 September at 11:00 AM. The ticket price is €30.00. Following the publication of ONMS (National Observatory for Sports Events) Ruling No. 33/2026, residents of Genoa and the province may purchase tickets exclusively if they hold a Genoa CFC Fidelity Card.
PARMA STORE | OPENING HOURS
The Parma Store, located at Piazzale Risorgimento 1/A, will be open from 11:30 AM until the end of the match.
GATES OPENING
On Sunday 20 September, the gates of the Ennio Tardini Stadium in Parma will open from 1:00 PM.
